This is for vendors to register for the conference. For $75, you get 1 table, 1 person registration to the conference and 1 lunch. An extra table is $10 more and still only includes 1 person registration and 1 lunch. Vendor deadline is Feb 15th for registration and Feb 9th for ad’s. Vendors are expect to provide 1 item for the conference to raffle or use as a door prize. Also, vendors must be setup and ready by 8 am on the day of the conference.
Refund Policy. We will entertain refunds for the cost of registration requested prior to March 1st. After March 1st, no refunds will be given.
Don’t for get to add on additional attendees and Even Social tickets for each person coming with you. Also place a program ad to make sure everyone see your support for the conference and knows to visit your booth!
This is how you add-on additional attendees for your vendor booth. For the $20 you will get a 1 person registration and lunch. Please adjust quantity in cart accordingly.
Put your ad in our program, this is a great way to get your message out in you cannot attend our conference and a great way to support the conference. Deadline is Feb 9th for ad’s and need to be sent to Info@ontariocountybeekeepers.org in a 300 dpi .pdf file.
If you are attending be sure to register for a booth and the correct number of people coming with you, this is NOT included with a program ad.
